Do I need to show ID?
Yes. By law, we only deliver to individuals 18 years and older. Our riders are required to verify your ID upon arrival. If a valid ID is not presented, we cannot fulfill the delivery, and a restocking fee may apply. We take responsible drinking seriously.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is designed to be as fast as our delivery. Simply browse our collections, add your favorite drinks to your cart, and choose your delivery tier (Rapid or Batched) at checkout. Is there a minimum or maximum order limit?
Whether you need a single bottle for a quiet night or a full bar setup for a corporate launch, we’ve got you. There is no minimum or maximum order requirement. However, remember that orders over $15,000 JMD qualify for the VIP Dash (Free Rapid Delivery + 6 Branded Orange Cups).
Who is delivering my order?
Every order is delivered by a certified Boozedash Rider. Unlike generic delivery apps, our team is specially trained in liquor handling and customer service. You’ll recognize them by their branded gear and identification card.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Kingston traffic is a "monster," but we are the slayers. If your Rapid Dash is projected to exceed the 120-minute window, we will notify you immediately via SMS or a phone call. If we are at fault for a significant delay, we’ll make it right with a discount on your next Dash or a complimentary "Cheers" kit.
Are my transactions secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and are powered by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. To maintain rider safety, we do not accept cash on delivery.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments are typically declined due to incorrect address details, insufficient funds, or bank-level security blocks. Please double-check your CVV and billing address. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to our team to help troubleshoot.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we prioritize speed, Rapid Dash orders cannot be canceled once the rider has been dispatched from our warehouse. For Batched or Scheduled deliveries, you may cancel or modify your order up to 3 hours before your selected dispatch window.
How will my order be packed?
We ensure your drinks arrive properly and in tacked. All products are shipped in their original packaging and secured in our custom Boozedash bags. For VIP orders, we include our signature Red Cups to ensure you can start the cheers the moment we arrive.
Do you offer corporate or event rates?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving, providing they are in original resalable condition.
