When will my order be delivered?

We offer two speeds based on your location. Rapid Dash delivers within 90 to 120 minutes across Kingston & St. Andrew (cutoff 8:00 PM). Our free Batched Dash runs midday and evening for Kingston, while Portmore orders are fulfilled exclusively during the midday batch delivery window.

Can I Return my product?

Yes. We offer a 24-hour window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, resalable condition with all seals intact. Please note that because we prioritize speed, Rapid Dash orders cannot be canceled once the rider has been dispatched. What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to ensure every bottle arrives intact, but if your order is damaged, we’ll make it right. You have 24 hours from delivery to request an exchange or return for damaged items. For the fastest resolution, please WhatsApp us a photo of the damage so our team can immediately process your replacement and get the vibe back on track.
