Ingredients:
- 2 oz Wray and Nephew White Rum
- 1.5 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Soda water
- Ice
Instructions:
- In a tall glass, add the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the mint leaves to release their oils.
- Add ice to the glass, filling it about halfway.
